Privacy
Short version: we collect as little as we can get away with, we don't sell anything, and you can have it deleted by sending one email.
When you pitch a topic
We store the topic, any details you add, and the name or alias you choose. All of that is public once we approve it — that's the point of the board.
Your email is optional. If you leave it, it is never shown on the board and never given to anyone else. We only use it for what you ticked:
- "Tell me when this airs" — one email, only if your topic becomes an episode. Nothing else.
- "Send me occasional Sesh updates" — a separate, explicit opt-in. We are not currently sending these; when we start, every message will have an unsubscribe link.
Those two are deliberately separate. Ticking one does not tick the other.
When you vote
To stop one person voting fifty times, we take your IP address and browser user-agent, mix them with a secret value, and store an irreversible hash of the result. We do not store your IP address, and the hash cannot be turned back into it or into you.
Your browser also remembers what you voted for, locally, so buttons look right when you come back. That never leaves your device.
Analytics and tracking
There is no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking on this site.
YouTube videos are embedded as a plain image until you press play. Nothing loads from YouTube and no cookie is set unless you actually choose to watch something — and when you do, we use youtube-nocookie.com.
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means Google sees the request your browser makes for them.
Spam protection
The pitch form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you're not a bot. Cloudflare processes that check on our behalf.
Getting your data removed
Email s3ss10nsp0dcast@gmail.com and say what you want gone — your email address, a topic you pitched, or both. We'll do it and confirm. You don't need to explain why.
Changes
If this changes in a way that matters, we'll say so on the site rather than quietly editing this page.
