Two guys, one mic , no filter
Mind The Sesh is a podcast out of Kampala. The first sesh went up in June 2026, and it started the way most of these things do — the conversations we were already having were better than most of what we were listening to.
A sesh is whatever we land on that week. The NBA finals and World Cup predictions we will absolutely be held to. Somebody's love story. Things that are hard to say out loud. We don't script it and we don't clean it up much.
Fair warning: there's strong language and we say what we think. It's entertainment, not advice.

It's Uganda's dialling code. It's in our handle, it's on the site, and it's the shortest way to say where this is coming from.
